Shared Rails

By creating an innovative shared rail system, your installation will require less rail than a conventional system. Plus, all shared rails are horizontal. That means fewer rail lines to draw and less mounting hardware to install.

Adjustable Slider Assemblies

Our adjustable slider assemblies speed up your work with generous vertical and horizontal tolerances. Simply mount, adjust and move on. The sliders are also equipped with butyl sealant pads that create a waterproof seal at all roof penetrations.

Mounting Hardware

Mounting hardware is made of steel and treated with SuperDyma®, a rugged, corrosion-resistant, scratch-resistant alloy coating designed especially for outdoor exposure. Self-drilling screws eliminate the need for pilot holes, and the screws and bolts are standardized to minimize tool changes.

To allow installation on nearly every type of roof, Sharp has engineered mounting hardware specifically for asphalt shingles, tile roofs and even high-profile (Spanish) tile roofs.

Easy Module Mounting and Integrated Grounding

Our talon clip quickly snaps modules into place securely. UL-listed as a complete system, the clip grounds the module directly to the rail and eliminates the need to ground every module separately.
